This well-known Multi-Channel Retailer is on a search for a Vice President of
Human Resources with 10+ years of experience as a true generalist with
experience in leading HR in a fashion retail environment at the corporate level.
The right candidate will have Retail Fashion HR Generalist experience including
Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategies, Compensation,
Benefits, Workers Compensation,Training and Development, Benefit, Regulatory and
Policies and Procedures.

If the following list of requirements meets your skill level, this could

– 10+ years of experience in Retail Fashion HR with upward progression at the
corporate level
– Strong leadership skills with experience as a true generalist covering
Employee Relations, TA, Compensation, Benefits, Worker Comp, Training and
Development
– Strong knowledge in Regulatory Polices and Procedures, Title VII, FSLA, FMLA,
ADA and other laws and regulations.
– Experience with Legal Management a plus
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related industry, SPHR PHR a plus
