What does the right leader have?
– 3+ years of experience in picking packaging or inventory management within a
Multi-Channel Retail, Wholesale or DTC / eCommerce Distribution Center
– DC Work Load or Shift Associate experience in a DC with 5 – 10 reports in a
10M plus annual unit work load.
– Warehouse Management Systems experience – WMS like Manhattan, Red Prairie,
Softeon, Winchester, Put to Light….
– Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook Internet Required
– Forklift and Barcode experience required
– High School Diploma Required. AS or BS degree is a plus
