They are looking for a trend savvy leader with experience in developing private label products including fashion jewelry, accessories, handbags, and cold-weather products for Ladies and Juniors categories.

What does the right candidate have?
– 10+ years’ experience in product development for large volume private label specialty retailer or wholesaler with experience leading teams
– Experience in direct import, product development, and sourcing working with internal design, and merchandising for fashion jewelry and accessories
– Proven track record in Cost negotiation, and streamlining process lead times with international manufacturers
– Bachelor Degree or similar years of experience in Product Management for Accessories

This well-known apparel company is searching for a passionate professional to lead a new automation project for their distribution center. Their new Director will develop standardized procedures and controls as well as create the overall distribution center design, layout and work stations. They will also make recommendations for equipment purchases and ROI comparisons for this large volume stores and eCommerce facility. In addition, the director will oversee the day to day operations of their WMS and perform testing, configuration, and problem solving resolution.
This person must have experience implementing new conveyer systems within a retail distribution center.
What does the right leader have?
– 10+ years’ of increased responsibility in a Multi-Channel Apparel Retail Facility
– DC design and implementation experience with experience in managing a multi-facility business
– Experience with sortation systems and controls as well as experience building ground maintenance and planning and budgeting
– Senior Management level experience in Field Distribution, Warehousing, Transportation and Distribution Allocation Technology
– BS in Engineering or MBA

This person will be responsible for executing the procurement process of the Fixture, Furniture & Equipment (FFE) purchasing program for the retail building. They will hold responsibility of making sure all the retail stores have the most competitive package pricing, establish and maintain excellent vendor relationships, generate purchase orders and review invoices, handle budget management and interface communication with others.
They will be establishing FFE Project pricing for approval, forecasting and maintaining budgets. They will Assist the Manager of Purchasing with development of new fixtures and maintain relationships with Furniture and Fixture vendors.
