Big Box Retailer Seeks Successful Team Leader to Head up Distribution and 3PL
Operations!
Location: Wisconsin
Salary Range: $150,000 and up plus Bonus, Benefits and Additional Incentive

This well-know big box company is doubling in size! They have a newly created
position for a Director of Distribution and 3 PL Operations. This is the lead
position for Distribution and Warehouse Operations is the bench spot for Vice
President. The right candidate for this position will bring experience at the
corporate level within a large volume high SKU retail big business model with
additional experience managing 3PL operations either directly or as a 3PL
directly working with retail corporate leaders.
They are searching a passionate change management professional who can lead the
team through rapid growth and inspire their team to perform with excellence.

What does the right leader have?
· 10 to 15 years’ of increased responsibility in Multi-Channel Retail
Distribution at the Director or VP level
· DC and 3PL leadership experience along with experience in managing a
multi-facility business at the corporate level
· Experienced in implementing and utilizing Labor Management Systems and
Warehouse Management Systems – WMS
· Senior Management level experience in Field Distribution, Warehousing,
Transportation, Supply Chain and Distribution Allocation Technology
· BS in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields a plus
