This well-know company has a newly created position for a Director of
Distribution and 3 PL Operations. This is the lead position for Distribution and
Warehouse Operations. The right candidate for this position will bring
experience at the corporate level within a large volume high SKU retail big
business model with additional experience managing 3PL operations either
directly or as a 3PL directly working retail or wholesale corporate leaders.
They are searching a passionate change management professional who can lead the
team through rapid growth and inspire their team to perform with excellence.

What does the right leader have?
– 3+ years’ of as a wave picker, wave clerk, or wave planner for a Multi-Channel
Retail, Wholesale or DTC / eCommerce Distribution Center
– DC Work Load experience for Distribution of eCommerce, Retail and Wholesale
orders including routing scheduling and process improvement
– Warehouse Management Systems experience – WMS like Manhattan, Red Praire,
Softeon….
– HS, AS, or BS degree preferred
