Merchandise Manager with strong experience in Private Brand or Branded Junior
Young Contemporary Fast Fashion Apparel.

If you have a track record of success in leading a Buyer / Merchant Junior
Apparel Team for a large Department Store Chain, Big Box Retailer or Specialty
Store Chain you could be taking your career to the next level with this
rewarding opportunity.
The company is targeting a strong leader that has a proven track record of
success in this category and a passion for being on the cutting edge of fast
fashion.
If the following list of requirements meets your skill level this could
be a job match for you:
· 10+ years of prior retail chain merchandising / buying experience in Juniors
or Young Contemporary Fast Fashion Apparel
· Strong merchandising and product development skillset within a department
store, specialty store, eCommerce or big box retail chain
· Volume responsibility of 80M+
· VP, DMM or Senior Merchant level responsibility leading a team of 4 or more
Buyers
· Track record of success in creating a profitable merchandising strategy
· Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree preferred
